Cancellation Policy: Please Allow 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We understand that things happen but after two last minute cancellations and/or no shows you will be required to provide a credit card upon booking. If a third appointment is then cancelled last minute or no showed you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled service.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for services provided. We will however redo anything you are unhappy with within a 10 day period or your original service appointment.

Bridal Party Policy: We require a 20% deposit to secure all on site and in suite appointments for bridal. Deposits are completely refundable up until 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event. The Deposit amount will be applied and deducted from your final service price.

Covid 19: Upon arriving to your appointment we ask that clients wait inside of their vehicles until their stylist is ready. In order to control the traffic in and out of the building the doors to the main entrance have been locked. Please text your stylist to let them know when you have arrived. We then will come to greet you at the front door to escort you to our suite. All clients and stylists will be required to wear a mask for the entirety of the appointment. If you do not have a mask we can provide one for a small fee. All stations and tools will be disinfected and sanitized in between each client with the use of hospital grade disinfectants and UV Sterilization boxes.
